Can you please open a bugreport in JIRA [1] and provide sample
project(s) that demonstrate the problem?
FYI, internally, tycho uses Eclipse OSGi resolver and JDT compiler to
manage project dependencies and classpath "the OSGi way", so your
scenario is expected to work
