This is an Eclipse limitation. Projects located in workspace folder have
to have the same name as folder name. So, m2eclipse tried to rename your
D:\workspace\Maven2.0.9Source folder to something like "maven" (default
name for the root Maven project), but you might be locked that folder by
have it opened in some external cmd or shell window or some other
windows process. I suppose we could add a note about this into the error
message.
