If I then disable Dependency Management, everything is fine. If I
re-enable Dependency Management everything is still fine!!! If I

The exception below is a WTP issue which supposed to be fixed in
WTP 3.0.1. You should be able to update it from the Eclipse update
site at http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates
