Nope. That is an extension for WTP XML editor. It does not create a
new editor, just extends xml editor with additional features and it
appear in "open with..." sub-menu as "XML editor" entry.
In the future versions we are planning to merge this XML editor
feature with POM editor, so there won't be such confusion.
