If ever someone is interested in the resolution, I found how to avoid this problem: This occurs when I start eclipse in command line from a directory where I don't have write rights (I work on Linux). If I start eclipse from my home directory, it works fine. I suppose eclipse or maven or ant or xdoclet needs to write some temporary file in the current directory...
