Hello, I am not sure if this is the correct forum. I hope so!
Basically, eclipse can't seem to access the repository because it is unable to update the index. In the Maven Indexes consol, there is the central repository but there is nothing inside of it if I click on it. I tried to delete the central index and readd it but it is hopeless. I looked through previous discussion for that problem and to solve it they had to install 0.9.4 and apparently it worked. But I have 0.9.5 and it doesn't work! I can access the repository through an internet browser so I am sure the repository is not down. FYI, Index update time: unknown Any help is greatly appreciated.
