There is no configuration. Maven launch configs used to be in external
tools, but it been moved to Run/Debug several months ago. See change
history at http://docs.codehaus.org/display/M2ECLIPSE/New+and+Noteworthy
BTW, you may need to update "some other machine" to more recent
m2eclipse version.
