I'm using the latest snapshot for 2 days and didn't see any problem with it.
BTW, I notice with 0.9.6 and 0.9.7-dev. When I added a webapp to a server (WTP), the source tab is updated with the webapp contents but not with the projects used by the webapp, even if they are in the workspace.
