I finally found the problem : conflict between proxy settings in
settings.xml and Eclipse network settings.
If your repository is internal you don't need to configure a proxy in
settings.xml.
But if your Eclipse network configuration defines a proxy without
excluding your internal repository, Maven in Eclipse tries to use the
proxy and it doesn't work.
This is not very clear. Any chance to improve that ?
