I have Ganymede (3.4.1) and m2eclipse 0.9.6
With my nested modules "Project" the dependencies for the nested modules are
not being picked up and I am getting validator errors on my imports/class
references to external jars.
I did the following:
Checkout Maven Project from SCM
Click on the "Project" in Eclipses' Project
Exlporer
-> "Enable Nested Modules"
-> Update Dependencies on EVERYTHING
-> Misc. items from the Maven submenu
and they didnt' seem to do anything at all
So each of the modules shows up individually as an item in the "Project
Explorer." These are all fine and have no validation problems.
The problem is with the "Project" item that Eclipse made holding all the
submodules. The individual source folders it created here from the nested
modules above all have the validation errors. Various dependencies
("artifacts") are not being imported here for some reason.
In the "Project" there are the various "Source Folders" for each nested
module. Then below them another group so corresponding regular folder
icons. I can verify from these that the .pom files are the same as above.
For whatever reason these artifacts do not seem to be bubbling up to the
entire "Project."
Hopefully this makes sense. Has anyone seen this before or know why it is
happening?
Thanks,
PitOfDespair
