Jason,
I am having troubles to install the released version and after some
investigation I discovered that release update site is actually using
metadata generated for the dev update site, e.g. artifacts.xml has
"Maven Integration for Eclipse Dev Update Site Artifacts" label and as a
result p2 update manager UI don't allow to use both release and dev
update site at the same time. In other words, you have to generate
metadata for the release update site separately and can't just copy dev
artifacts over.
