For the record, Eclipse 3.5 is expected to provide much better
explanation of missing/inconsistent P2 dependencies.

Thanks Jeff.
Indeed, Eclipse is reporting the same error message to every selected
but not yet installed plugin.
Finally I found that for me, the optional AJDT plugin caused the error.
Removing that unnecessary plugin, solved the problem.

By the way, I notice that the kind of errors are badly reported. I
had the same kind of problems but the real case was because I
selected the m2eclipse optional components for Subclipse and AJDT
whereas this feature where not installed on my Eclipse.

Almost the same issue with eclipse-jee-ganymede-SR2-linux-gtk .
The difference is the version reported in error message:
Cannot find a solution satisfying the following requirements
org.eclipse.swt [3.4.2.v3452b].

Hello all,
Eclipse is eclipse-jee-ganymede-SR2-win32 with AJDT 1.6.3,
Spring IDE 2.2.1, and Subversive 0.7.7 added (see attached
eclipse configuration). When I try to install m2eclipse
0.9.7 final, eclipse reports that it "Cannot find a solution
satisfying the following requirements org.eclipse.swt
[3.4.0.v3448f].". Any thoughts what to do?
Regards,
Stevo.
