Is that right?  I think the mahout shell script is broken for a lot of
AbstractJob subclasses now... (TransposeJob, TextParagraphSplittingJob,
etc).  They all look for mapred.input.dir, but the command line for
AbstractJob seems to barf if you pass these in...

I haven't run stuff off of trunk in a while, so forgive me if I'm just being
boneheaded...
