Yes, as was mentioned, the problem is that it is not building on your particular machine for some reason. The build process outputs many logs that show what happened. I'm sure you will find evidence of the problem there. Without that information, I don't think anyone could help more as it works on all our environments, the Apache build system, and (presumably) all the users.
