Your referring to the page the following page, correct? https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MAHOUT/Mahout+on+Amazon+EC2 I've tried these since the change to 0.20.2 and they work for me too, point taken about updating this to use the latest CDH. I haven't tried running on Elastic MapReduce either.
