Hi everyone For research purposes im building an ontology-based recommender system. i just discovered mahout & i think it would be perfect for my experiments. i want to use a domain ontology as a filtering mechanism and using movie genre as the key feature. i have created a movie ontology based on the movelens dataset.
if anyone has experimented with customizing mahout taste using domain ontologies, i would appreciate their help. Thank you
