SVDPlusPlusFactorizer bug?

I was checking out SVDPlusPlusFactorizer.java, I noticed this line:
y[itemIndex2][feature] += learningRate * deltaI2;
Isn't it supposed to be currentLearningRate or biasLearningRate *
currentLearningRate?
