I can open it in > browser though. > The "Connection working" implies you are talking to a SharePoint instance. There's not enough information provided here to tell what is happening. But in general, when setting up a SharePoint connection, it must point at either the root site or a virtual site. You cannot point at a subsite. Also, in general, a good way to set up a SharePoint connection is to browse to the site you want and then use components off of the browser's URL. Understanding what a SharePoint URL's components look like is thus pretty helpful.
