Manifold and already a transaction in progress PostgreSQL

Hi,
on our ManifoldCF installation we have put under monitoring all the 
application logs and the PostgreSQL instance shown a lot of these messages:

WARNING:  there is already a transaction in progress
WARNING:  there is no transaction in progress

It seems that the applicaton create a connection and it doesn't close it 
correctly. Could it be a real assumption? Someone noticed this issue?
