Folks on the list have had trouble assigning themselves to tickets. So I went to take a look at the JIRA permissions page and the "Assign issue" permission have (somehow) been restricted to: - - Project Role (PMC) - Project Role (Committers) - Project Role (Administrators) - Group (jira-administrators) Ben, is that something you can/want to fix?
