You could use mesos-slave --attributes="datacenter:us_east" or whatever, and those attributes will show up in your resource offers, so you can use them to decide which tasks to launch in what datacenter. For now, it's probably recommended that you keep your masters in the same datacenter, for replicated-log sync latency.
