We're got a 0.22.0-rc2 out right now, and are waiting on resolutions for 2 blocker issues before pushing out rc3. Assuming that's stable, we could have an official release as early as next week. As more users (including you!) test the release candidates, we may discover other blocker issues, so there is really no predictable release date. But if I had to guess, I'd say another week, maybe two.
