Hi Tom,

Thank you for reporting the dead link. It is being tracked by MESOS-2311
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-2311>.
The Torque framework is very old (last updated June 2011) and not
maintained, so we don't recommend using it.
In case you're curious, you can find the old content of that link here
<https://git1-us-west.apache.org/repos/asf?p=mesos.git;a=blob_plain;f=docs/running-torque-or-mpi-on-mesos.md;hb=cb824bfae7a722283e61f8b548b1ed7b03ecef35>
and the Torque framework README here
<https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/mesos/trunk/frameworks/torque/README.txt>.
For more modern MPI/gang-scheduling framework prototypes, you could check
out https://github.com/nqn/mesos-hydra or https://github.com/nqn/gasc.
Maybe somebody else on the Mesos user list has more recent experience with
Torque on Mesos.
