Hi Tom, Thank you for reporting the dead link. It is being tracked by MESOS-2311 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-2311>. The Torque framework is very old (last updated June 2011) and not maintained, so we don't recommend using it. For more modern MPI/gang-scheduling framework prototypes, you could check out https://github.com/nqn/mesos-hydra or https://github.com/nqn/gasc. Maybe somebody else on the Mesos user list has more recent experience with Torque on Mesos.
