it’ll take more than a week to fix the publishing pipeline.

Hi Andras, we are investigating some problems that were caused when publishing 
the latest Mesos 0.22.1 eggs to PyPi. I'd recommend building the eggs locally 
for the time being, or you could still use the Mesos 0.22.0 release if you need 
a .deb package + PyPI distributed eggs. We'll get new eggs published as soon as 
we figure out the underlying issue.
