Thank you: that is very helpful, and I'll definitely keep an eye on
what's going on.
I also read the [DRF
paper](http://www.eecs.berkeley.edu/Pubs/TechRpts/2010/EECS-2010-55.pdf)
and it's interesting to read in section 3.4 that DRF does not even need
to take into account the amount requested for each resource - it only
needs to know the actual utilisation.
