Actually, this is a expected behaviour in Mesos.  For Bytes and Duration
flags. Need pass a string which contains unit. For example, Bytes supports
B, KB, MB, TB as unit. Duration supports ns, us, ms, secs, mins, hrs, days,
weeks as unit.
