Hello, We faced with the same issue. To find the cause you should check the logs here: /var/log/metron/metron-rest.log
In our case we found exception: Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused) . . . at com.mysql.jdbc.StandardSocketFactory.connect(StandardSocketFactory.java:258) . . .
