I would say yes. We should have release a stable 1.4 ages ago but got
caught in the featuritis trap. I think 1.4b7 is at least as solid
as 1.2.5 is.
1.4 is slated for stable release on xmas. Until that time we will
just be fixing bugs, if any. 1.4b7 looks solid, but the more people
using it, the more chance we have of shaking out remaining problems.
