[midgard-user] Charset

Hello!

I'm newbie with Midgard. I've installed and run it (after many many hours of
compilation and finding what's wrong ;))). Now I have another problem. I'm
from Poland and I would like to use Polish native-characters (iso-8859-2
charset). Where can I change it?

Now I have english charset and when I write some polish-native letters into
some article, I get some strange characters.
