Need.. RH7.. support.. :)
hehe.. anyways I got a working RH7 RPMs at home for both the Data/Midgard as
well.
I'll try them out for abit, see if there's any problem arising. One thing
though, in the midgard.spec file, David [[EMAIL PROTECTED]] said to
change..
Requires: expat >= 1.95.1, apache = 1.3.12, mysql >= 3.23.20, glib >= 1.2.6
..assuming that its a vanilla install of RH7. welp I have updated my system
to the latest updates from Redhat and I have changed the line..
Requires: expat >= 1.95.1, apache <= 1.3.12, mysql <= 3.23.20, glib <= 1.2.6
..For it to install with the new updates. would this matter at all? I mean I
only have a different higher version of apache/mysql on my system and being
compiled from the RH6.2 src of Midgard, I don't see that much of a problem
with it, since there has only been bug fixes on these new release of
apache/mysql from redhat.
What do you guys think?

You may use Nightly Builds system which builds 3 RPMs automatically:
midgard (whole Midgard system in one Package)
midgard-devel (headers and static libraries)
midgard-data (data package)
This works for RH 6.2 and Mandrake 7.2 only though.
See CVS:midgard/nightlybuilds script for more.
