irc.midgard-project.org runs a #midgard channel. I've put a bot on it to
keep the channel alive. A friend volunteered to configure the bot so that
it will behave like a FAQ-bot. This is on a single server, not on one of
the irc-networks.
I have little experience maintaining irc infrastructure, and I would
