Hi,
Always backup your data before attempting an upgrade.
upgrade 1.2.5 to 1.4:
>From source:
cd to the directory with the source files and follow the instructions in
the INSTALL file.
>From rpm:
after rpm -i midgard-data-1.4-1.noarch.rpm or
midgard-data-1.4-3mdk.noarch.rpm, do not follow the instructions in
POSTINSTALL, but:
cd to /usr/doc/midgard-data-1.4 if you're using the redhat rpms, or
cd to /usr/share/doc/midgard-data-1.4 if you're using the mandrake rpms
follow the instructions in POSTINSTALL.
Upgrade from 1.4beta7 to 1.4:
Verify that your database structure matches the structure you will find
in empty.sql (in source directory, or in /usr/[share]/doc/midgard-1.4 if
you installed from rpms.) If the structure matches, follow the
instructions in the file INSTALL.
If you find differences in the repligard table, try this:
drop table repligard.
Recreate table repligard according to the structure as found in empty.sql
run repligard -c install-repligard.conf -m
follow the instructions in the file INSTALL
Hello!

How to move database from Midgard 1.2.5 to 1.4 and from 1.4beta7 to 1.4?
I have those databases on separate servers.
