When installed from repligard, layered admin isn't working yet, you'll
have a hostrecord with name 'newadminsite'. Use asgard or the old
adminsite to change newadminsite to a real host that points to your
installation.
If you would change it to midgard.dcsnet.de, than layeredadmin would be
available from http://midgard.dcsnet.de/fadmin/
you can then login to layered admin as System Administrator (username and
password are what you made it with the installation of asgard or old
admin site, if you never changed it it would be 'admin' and 'password')
and create a new sitegroup (name 'company' in layered admin jargon).
I could go on here, but I'm not sure if this is where you are stuck. So
