You didn't specify what URL you are trying to access. In your case I
would expect asgard to be at on of these url's.
http://localhost/asgard/
http://localhost:8099/asgard/
http://localhost:8101/asgard/
http://localhost:8102/asgard/
If that is not the case, please check the contents of the host table in
mysql.
