packages are quite easy to get - debian it is libxmltok, redhat, just look at
rpmfind.net - it comes up very quickly
http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=expat
If you are building from source on redhat, you could try downloading the src
package, which should also build a development package (needed to make
midgard).
