I will post a project plan draft to the list in next few days
(delayed, I know). The current plan is to start working on
the site in late January, release first version in mid-February,
and then gradually keep adding services until completion
somewhere in March.
Of course, since we're working on volunteer basis here, the
schedules may slip, but this kind of roadmap should be realistic.
We can start delegating specific tasks to people interested
in working on the project once we have finalized the project
plan with discussion on the user list.

Yes, this would be very helpful. We need to make the new
Midgard site both more usable and attractive. I have a
plain-looking sketch of what the new site could look like
running at http://bergie.greywolves.org:8081
You can use that as basis for design if you want. If needed,
I can send you some design guidelines for the site.
