Hello,

to introduce myselfe:
I'm art-historian and midgard is currently the first program that I try
to install and compile under linux. Well, I share the computer with my
dad and he was the one who set up all the linux-stuff (debian 2.2 at the
moment) .

At the moment, I try to configure the midgard apache module.
Therefore, I should give in the location of the apxs file.

My problem is, that such a file isn't installed. I found an apxs file
under an old SUSE-distribution which is installed too.
Is it possible, just to copy this file into the /usr/lib/apache under
debian or do I have to download and install it new?
Or do I have to reinstall Apache?

Hope my question isn't too stupid.

Regards

Lucia Cosima Eiselstein

P.S.: Is there a German mailinglist for midgard? Would be wonderful.
