I managed to solve the problem, I think it was
something to do with the ./dbinstall routine in midgard-data-1.4
as it was ghoing through it wouldnt read the imput
when prompted. This may be a small bug in the
script but it was coming up with errors on "read -e"
being an invalid argument, so I just changed the
script so it did a "read -r" instead.
This problem is specific to a nasty secure web server build
that seemed to lack the various packages, however the site
works fine now.

I really don't know too much about Asgard, and this problems seems to
originate there. Get in touch with David ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), he
knows all about Asgard.
