Only Members of the Sitegroup's Admin Group can make Users. (other than SG0
admin)
therefore - if you can create users = you will be in the Admin Group and hence
be able to access just about everything in the sitegroup.

Create a new host with a different prefix, and assign ownership to a new
group, which only you are a member of.
