David? mgd_is_sitegroup_owner does indeed not exist. Is this generated
code?
This probably needs to be mgd_isroot or somesuch. Ingo, could you submit
a bugreport?

Relogging is tricky... you can't force the browser to forget its
credentials so
we try tricking it by saying the (valid) credentials are wrong, hoping
the browser
prompts the user to try again. It's not foolproof, as you've seen.
