Nope. All SG0 stuff is available read-only to all sitegroups. If you
want total
separation of even the adminsite resources, you'd have to use multidb.
But
the AdminSite (1.2 series) and Asgard are not suited for that. The
AdminSite
requires a few small changes, and Asgard won't work at all. I haven't
tried
with nadmin. BTW, Alan, the link to M3 is broken.
