There is a version on the mailing list archive;

though there could be problems with it - I never implemented it, as the
machines that were to be clustered got, er, reinstalled last week...
All you have to do (I think) is add a -DMGD_MYSQL_HOST="thismachine"
instead of "127.0.0.1", which is the default.
