Not sure if you saw my latest update on this problem with upgrading from
1.2.5 to 1.4...but it seems that pages that are called as
devel.aorbit.com/email/mailbox/ (no extension) are bombing, but that
devel.aorbit.com/email/mailbox.html works....this would be okay, except the
code worked in 1.2.5 and to go back and recode all of the pages, elements,
etc. would bankrupt our customer.
Ideas....

The reasons why an article create would legitemately fail:
- author specified doesn't exist (returns NOT_EXISTS)
- parent topic doesn' exist (NOT_EXISTS)
- up article, if specified, doesn't exist (NOT_EXISTS)
- you're not the topic owner (ACCESS_DENIED)
