This whole issue with pages displaying, etc. HAS to be some sort of memory
leak or something.  I recomplied w/ Apache 1.3.9 and restarted and
everything worked fine....


Half an hour later the problems are occuring again.

I hate unrepeatable ERRORS.....Geeeez
