I don't know. If the page is allowed to execute at all the page should
be able to send cookies.

The list is indeed moderated, but that's only to filter out spam.
Absolutely nothing else is rejected. If you see mail coming back to
you through the mailinglist you can rest assured that I'm reading it
too. I don't have a killfile on the list myself :)
