RH allways did this breakage. Someday they'll understand that this is
simply
not how apache/apxs was engineered.
Anyhow, this 'problem' only makes apache complain about missing modules
during
startup. Once the paths are adjusted there is no problem. Skallen must
be seeing
something else. There were some 'alvian' RPMs or somesuch; where did you
find those,
