I solved it ! Needed to change a path in
"mod_midgard.c" before compilation for $LDFLAGS with "-L /usr/local/modgard/lib"
and compilation worked
BUT there is another problem with starting
apache:
"Cannot load [...]/libphp3.so into server
[...]/libphp3.so undefined symbol: mysql_field_count "
any suggestions ???
