This morning I did. Odd, but swapping the include order
fixed it. Just restarted apache, no hassles. I'll make
new packages available today.

That I don't know. I've put up the list of packages I
installed at http://www.iris-advies.com/php/Emile.Heyns/deblist.
Note that I'm using Sid (unstable) right now.
