[midgard-user] missing config.h in midgard-php4-1.4.1-7!!!

hi,
trying to compile midgard-php4-1.4.1-7 under redhat-7.0 with updated 
php4 i get following error:

mgd_internal.h:24:20: config.h: No such file or directory

mgd_internal.h:24:20: config.h: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [midgard.slo] Error 1

as i see in the list, nobody had this problem but me. i cannot find 
config.h! is it supposed to be created after phpize? is my package 
imcomplete? how to fix it?
