The user isn't connected to a page. And you haven't told exactly how
authentication is failing. Is the user not presented with a login
dialog, or is the username/password not being accepted? Does the
browser send a Midgard login cookie that doesn't match? Are you using
sitegroups, and if so, what sitegroup are you attempting to log in to?
As always, setting LogLevel to debug will tell more about what Midgard
is doing.
